The 4th of July

We spent the 4th of July weekend in Central IL at my brothers home. We relaxed outside a lot and watched the boys. They are getting so big and active. I really slacked on the photography. My Sis in Law and mom got some good pics too. These are just a few of my efforts to capture the weekend. The boys shared a lot of adorable moments and laughs that the camera never caught. The memories are captured in our hearts and minds, I guess.
The best part was watching their faces capture their first fireworks show. They were in awe.

I told ryder to get in the pool after dinner, but he ran and jumped in before I could get his clothes off!
Grandma giving outdoor baths to the boys.
Post-baths...they just laugh at each other.
some pics are blurry...I wonder why...Ryder is never still.

We headed to the park, the boys loved swinging.

Watching the fireworks. They are so darn cute.
Chubs was along for it all. Crazy as usual.
Thanks Jesse & Erin for hosting and taking care of us!!

Grandma & Grandpa's

We traveled to my parents 2 weekends ago for a visit. I try to get home every other month or so. It is so hard to visit everybody since my best friend, brother and parents all live in different directions all over the state. So we try to spread the visits out. When I do head home I try to get a haircut. It is nice because my parents can babysit. We enjoyed our visit. I was able to relax, eat good food, get my hair done, and catch-up on paperwork.

We headed to Menards Friday to buy a cheap pool for Ryder to play in.
He looks dazed & tired here, but he loves pools and water.
At the park down the street with his grandparents on the teeter totter.
With Grandma.

Ryder enjoyed visiting his grandparents, as usual. He loved having 3 adults undivided attention. He soaks up all the attention and love.
We are very blessed to have my parents in our lives! They continue to offer unconditional support and love to us all.
